Investor Success Representative

We are seeking an Investor Success Representative to join our online real estate investment team! You will interface with existing and prospective investors, answering questions and assisting in the determination of investor financial suitability.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell our REIT shares to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

​Qualifications:

• Series 7 License
• Series 63 or 66 License
• Previous experience in real estate LLC or REIT share sales and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Active Campaign is a plus)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong persuasion skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
